Each month, our stylists curate a selection of premium apparel and accessories tailored to your style profile. You select your size and preference, and we deliver a surprise box of high-quality fashion directly to your door.
Can I return individual items from my box?
To maintain our exclusive pricing, we only accept returns of the entire box in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We do not offer partial returns for individual items at this time.
When will my mystery box be shipped?
Boxes are processed within 3-5 business days of your billing date. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
How do I ensure the clothes will fit me?
Before your first box ships, you will complete a detailed style and fit profile. We use these measurements and your preferred fit (slim, regular, or relaxed) to ensure every piece we select feels tailor-made for you.
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
We pride ourselves on quality control, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect for a free replacement.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to take effect.
