We want you to love your mystery finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn fashion items with original tags attached. If your curated apparel doesn't fit your style or size, we are here to make the replacement process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original Mystery Tackle Box packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
